The Company has established compliance rules that consist of the “Basic guidelines on Corporate Activities” and the “Code of Conduct”. The President and CEO serves as the Compliance Officer, under which the Compliance Committee is in charge of works related to compliance with laws and corporate ethics. In addition, as a consultation and reporting system, we have established a “Hotline”, which is an internal reporting system that allows employees to consult with and report to persons in charge inside and outside the company.

A rule has been set out ensuring that employees who consult and report using the “Hotline” will not be treated unfavorably, and all the employees have been informed of this rule. In addition, the Compliance Committee provides support relating to the “Hotline” which is a consultation and reporting system by including but not limited to holding training on the use of the “Hotline”.
